Cancellation Policy
At JEM Body Art, I value your time and mine. To provide the best service to all my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of $50.00.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
2. Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final service cost.
If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than [10–15 minutes] late may result in:
A shortened service time
A need to reschedule (with applicable fees)
Being marked as a no-show
4. Emergencies
I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, please contact me as soon as possible. I may make exceptions at my discretion.
5. Repeat Offenses
Clients who cancel or no-show multiple times may be required to pay a full deposit upfront or may be refused future bookings.
